The history of Groix & Nature is first the one of a territory: Groix Island in the south of Bretany.
12 men and women, proud of where they come from, make all these Groix & Nature recipes with raw materials coming from the local fisheries.
The originality of Groix & Nature
Groix & Nature select, with high rigor, its raw materials, exclusively fished by coastal fishing boats in North-East Atlantic.
Mainly bought to the producers, Groix & Nature favoured short and local supply chains.
Inspired by this culinary and insular tradition, the recipes are full of character.
