Passion for Soissons bean
Sophie and François still cultivate this dried bean as it used to be done. Soissons beans ask for time and attention every day from planting to harvesting. Everything is hand operated.
The product originality
The recipe was elaborated in a traditional canning factory to preserve all characteristics and flavours of the Soissons beans.
